By creating an account, joining a membership, or using any Shark Approach services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform or services.
Your Shark Approach membership grants you access to our community, resources, and business-building opportunities. Membership is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Members are expected to engage honestly and respectfully. You agree not to misuse the platform, misrepresent information, or interfere with other members' experience. Shark Approach reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these standards.
Shark Approach connects members with entrepreneurial ventures and resources. We do not guarantee the success of any business, investment, or opportunity. Members are responsible for their own decisions and should perform their own due diligence.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where required by law. Refund requests can be directed to our team for review.
Shark Approach provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except as prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Members will be informed of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
